T-Handle Style – For Factory Mazda Dowel Pins
The XTR Rotary Engine Dowel Puller Tool is a simple, effective T-handle style tool, based on a similer design Mazda originally supplied for rotary engine service work.
It is intended for use during engine disassembly, particularly when removing factory Mazda dowel pins or engines that have additional dowels fitted to the block. The T-handle design allows the dowel to be pulled straight out by hand, providing controlled removal without the need for slide hammers, pry bars, or improvised methods.
Dowels can become tight after heat cycles or repeated assembly. This tool allows for clean, controlled dowel removal while helping reduce the risk of damage to housings, plates, or alignment bores.
