While Billet Rotary Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur due to typographical, technical, photographic, or supplier pricing changes.
Submitting an order and receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Billet Rotary Pty Ltd. An order is deemed accepted only when it has been processed and dispatched.
If we discover that a product has been listed with an incorrect price before an order has been accepted, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to purchase the product at the correct price or receive a full refund of any payment made.
If the correct price is lower than the price displayed at the time of your order, we will charge the lower amount where possible or refund the difference if payment has already been processed.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
